Jeff Prowant (R) and John Dombrowski (L) A day at Beitcher Bottoms near Milford Lake in Kansas. The upper republican river had seen some flooding and we were looking for good places to go shoot a few carp. We ended up finding this spot where the water was flowing over the road and the carp were playing the current. They were hard to see so we were shooting a bit of guesstimation. In the end we landed these two 30 and 40 plus Carp. The following day we shot a few more in the same weight range.
