It was august 28th 2010. i decided to bring two of my buddies bow hunting with me to keep me company. we woke up late it was already light outside. we got up fast and headed out. we were wanting to the spot where we were going to hunt when i saw two bucks on the hill. the saw us too and took off. i ran around and cut them off. i got around them and had a 25 yard broadside shot on the smaller of the two so i took it. i heard it hit but i didnt know where. the deer jumped and ran. i though and so did the other two guys thought he ran over the hill.jokingly i said wouldnt it be funny if he was in this mine shaft that was 20 yards away. and when i looked inside there he was looking back at me. the shaft was capped and only 30 feet deep. the arrow was sticking out of the meat right below the ear. when i shot he arrow hit a branch and flew up and hit him in the head. i shot hit again to kill him. we gutted him in the shaft and pulled him out. when we got to the house we saw that the muzzy 100 grain had cut right through the skull and bairly missed the brain. i was quite the adventure but it was fun. and i llloooooovvvveeeee my muzzys. that was my muzzy moment
