I was hunting the New Mexico archery season in the Lincoln Natl. Forest when I spotted this buck. He was with 3 smaller bucks and 5 does. He was the dominate buck of the group and was chasing one of the does around the hill. Luckily for me the doe came down the hill and brought him towards me. I had to do a 20 yard sneak and took a 52 yard shot. I slight wind drift caused the arrow to hit forward of my point of aim. He was hit near the point of the shoulder with a standard 3 blade 100 gr head. The arrow broke thru the shoulder, severed the aorta and exited behind the back shoulder. The deer ran about 15 yards and piled up dead. One blade was severely bent but did a fantastic job. The damage to the deer looked like something my 270 winchester would do, not my bow.

He's not the biggest deer but he is my best. Thanks Muzzy. I don't think any other breadhead could have held up so well.
