USA – Norwood, CO

I was in a blind between 2 ponds ( 200 yards apart ) and a doe and good buck came in,
The doe was watching me, and the buck drank for 10 minutes, and was leaving.

I left the blind with the range finder, but with the dow and other deer now nearby, did not want to add extra movement.
The buck gave me a small opening at about 40 plus yards, as I was now Stalking the buck,
With winds from 20-26 MPH, i held for a Long time... even checking my levle,

released and hit him slighlty back but Quatering away.
I gave him about 40 minutes, and he only went 140 yards.
After Retrieving the arrow with the
MUZZY PHANTOM 100 GRAIN, THE SHOT WAS 44 YARDS IN A VERY TOUGH WIND.
I have lost 0 animlas with the phantom heads .
