It was a long windy day and I hadn't seen much at all. I was getting down out of my stand early when all of a sudden at the edge of a clearing this doe popped out. I froze instantly, i watched her walk to me. She cut the distance in half in no time. When she was 20 yards away she turned. When she turned i put my 40 yard pin on her, thinking that's how far she was, when in all reality she was only 20. I released the arrow and it hit her in the head. Thanks to the Muzzy MX3 on the end it went clean threw and she went down within 100 yards.
