John Klein

USA – Plover, WI

It was my first day out all year bow hunting in late October. I was on some public land in Wisconsin and I had some tarsal scent out and was rattling. I was out for no more than an hour when this 8 point buck came walking down the tree line I was sitting in, headed straight for the scent. He got about 5 yards away when I sent an arrow into the top of his back, between the shoulder blades and took out both lungs and the heart. 50 yards later I found my buck laying there all thanks to the power and strength of my Muzzy MX-3 broadhead. It was my first deer with a bow, and the MX-3 definitely did not disappoint on it's debut for me.
