Cut Turkey breast across the grain as thin as possible (1/4 in or less) helps if breast is slightly frozen. Dredge in flour salt, black pepper and garlic powder (mix flour, salt, pepper, and garlic powder to your taste). Pan fry slowly in butter and a little olive oil. Add butter and oil as needed until all the meat has been fried. Set meat to the side. Add lots of mushrooms and stick of butter pan cook down a little then add Marsala wine cook down a little more and add brown Sugar and black pepper to taste. Add meat back to mixture. Serve over bed of white rice
